Oh ... and it rhymed. Win!
Did 2.64 miles this morning to my old house and back. Accomplished a small personal goal of being able to run the entire length of Cotton Mill Dr. w/o stopping to get there. Pegged my HR meter at the end, but I did it and I am happy.
This afternoon there will be sewing - and *oh the excitement* (not) .... a visit to the dentist.
