5 qt slow cooker - 2 lbs pork loin. cut up 1 onion, saute until limp in a little butter and a little bit of beef broth. Spray bottom of crock pot with canola oil (or something similar), put in onions, put pork in, rub with a little oil and italian seasoning. Add 1 cup beef broth (or boullion) and a splash of white wine, cut on low 8 to 10 hours, or high 5 to 6 hours.
