Food Poisoning *urgh*

Unhappiness is .... Several hours of vomiting, stomach cramping and other unpleasentness (i'm sure you know what I mean) 'til about 2am this morning. Most likely culprits were yesterday's breakfast or lunch - all ingredients are now out with the Friday morning trash. I am weak and shaky and unlikely to do much today other than try and get some water and light nutrients back in my system. Kids have all been informed they're going to have to care for themselves as much as possible....

Sorry to hear about this. While it may in fact be true food poisoning, there seems to be alot of it going around, so much so, that it may be a virus instead. I have heard from others, that got similar symptoms, that only had limited contact with possible sources (no food involved). The main effects seem to last about 24-36 hours and full recovery within a couple of days (3-5).

I have no secondary symptoms and I'm not doing any of the stuff I was last night. But I'll take all the precautions anyway.
