Food Poisoning *urgh*
Unhappiness is .... Several hours of vomiting, stomach cramping and other unpleasentness (i'm sure you know what I mean) 'til about 2am this morning. Most likely culprits were yesterday's breakfast or lunch - all ingredients are now out with the Friday morning trash. I am weak and shaky and unlikely to do much today other than try and get some water and light nutrients back in my system. Kids have all been informed they're going to have to care for themselves as much as possible....
*sigh*

Speaking from experience, stay away from dairy and roughage-high foods for a day or two. Feel better...

orginally thought it was a bacterial food poisoning (From a meal the T,J and I shared Xmas Eve) But I managed to give to my dad as well, or he got it from some particle at my sisters when it ripped thru my nephew, my sister & BiL, and my mom.
So it Seems it would be Viral, and *rather* contagious. Put yourself in Quarantine and break out the hand sanitizer, lest the whole family get it. "Accute phase" lasts 24 hours or so, "bleh" & lack of appetttite lasts for about 4 days after , tired goes away after 7 days.
We're *hoping* its only fearsomely contagious during the "accute phase".
Feel better soon, hun. Toast, bannas, yogurt all seem to help.
::cross fingers that it wont spread::

Ow! Sorry you aren't feeling well. Holiday sickensses suck.
It does feel better to throw out all the food that you think might have made you sick, though.
"Aha! Take that betrayer food!"
