The Train

This is a possible format for all of us to use. It works well on one of my online support groups.

The Train is a 'virtual train'. It is an attempt to use humor and a symbol, so to speak, to try and wrap our brains around a healthy lifestyle

So, we name cars of the train for the lifestyle changes/habits on which we want to focus our energies each day/week etc.

For instance:

Protein car
Lo-carb car
Water car
Vitamin car
Exercise car
8 pm is too late car (don’t eat after 8pm)
Pitch-n-Ditch car (detox the house)
TLC car (support)

So, you could say, “Today I am getting on the lo-carb car and the exercise car. Today I will keep my total carbs to about 40 and exercise for 1 hour.”
