Also, BMI doesn't take into account your muscle mass. I had one done which actually assessed my muscle mass when I was at my heaviest, and that dropped my BMI by like 8%.
Also, just for sharing, my starting BMI according to the calculators was 54.4% now I'm down to 37.6%. I don't check it every day, but when I hit the milestones, I like to see the percentage drop.
