Like you, I had an eye-opening experience a few weeks ago that has given me a lot of motivation to watch what I'm eating, increase my activity level and just generally be a healthier, happier person. I'd like to read what you're writing on the subject and I think I've already included you on my filter for it (guess I need to dust that off, don't i?)
