I killed it ....

after many weeks of mad sewing for Camp, my serger bit it about 10 minutes
ago. Fortunately, I had just finished my beautiful see-through chemise.....unfortunately
I still have a couple more things I want to make *sigh*

And, of course, the remaining question -- is it cheaper to get it fixed, or replace it?

I probably will, but damn ... and yes, I missed you to, but word had it you went home Saturday morning and left Irish Guy and Angel holding down the pavillion. Are you coming to War? Did you check out the gas line thing?

Friday when the storm hit, we decided the better part of keeping our son alive was to bug out. Found a hotel for the night, then packed up (with Angel & IG) Saturday morning, then headed out. Watching [livejournal.com profile] much_ado's pavillion almost crash down gave me a bad scare (we were hiding inside it at the time).

War is going to be a touch&go thing - if the weather report is bad, we're not coming, if it isn't, then we'll be there.

Gas line - yah - means some rearranging, but I suspect it's a pretty easy fix.
