Remember that you're not in front of a crowd, you're talking to one person. Move that focus around every couple of minutes and no one will feel neglected. And remember, they're not there to judge you, they're there because they want to hear what you have to say.
BR presentations sometimes get interactive, which is good unless it interferes with your presentation. This is time to practice that domly streak. It's YOUR presentation -- don't let someone else take control. If someone keeps interrupting just ignore them and most will stop. If they keep it up ask them politely but pointedly to stop; all but the dumbest will buckle under the pressure of everyone around them staring at them.
