Quick and dirty this morning I did the treadmill for 35 minutes straight. Did a mile on a 4 incline at about 3.5 mph. Purchased a new DVD of short, specific 10 minute workouts - Kickbox Bootcamp that target various parts of the body. Rated as Shapemagazines DVD of the month - my theory? I can do just about anything for 10 minutes, so I"m gonna give it a shot .

Today I've been out all day doing errands. The first one to gather some items for Camp - a beautiful outdoor firepit being the big one. I also ran over to Lowe's to get some stuff for the house. I was absolutely inefficient as I just *had* to stand in the sunshine a couple of times just drinking it in. If I didn't think it would freak out the neighbors, I'd put on as little as legally possible and go lay in the front yard in the bright sunshine.

This evening I have a long anticipated dinner date with a good friend - and possibley a trip out to the club later.

If you haven't been outside - go, now and take 5! Better yet, if you can sneak out early, go play hooky -- you deserve it.
