Creating a poll

I tried to create a poll this morning on new filters I wanted to add ... and who want to be added to them. I could put up which filters I wanted folks to opt for, but when I looked at the results, it didn't break down who answer what ...

Is there a way to do this, or am I just overtired and on bad crack?
