Changes that will make a difference
Jan. 2nd, 2012 01:32 pmSo, I posted yesterday about cleaning out the corner of our basement that used to host the last of our desktop computers. We are giving some stuff away.... please come look! and re-purposing that corner to actually lay out and use the treadmill we've had their forever.
This morning we finished cleaning out the corner, called bulk trash to come pick up that ratty old desk and moved the file cabinet and got the treadmill moved and set up in what we hope will be it's (semi) permanent home. Now that it's set up, we're all intending on using it on a more regular basis (me - 6 days a week).
I won't have an excuse not to get out for a walk now and what I'm hoping will be a healthier (and slimmer) me in the next few months.
No resolutions, but some goals for the new year. Glad to have accomplished the first one :)
