sure! the last time I weighed myself it was 247. (down from a high 2 years ago of 275+) At least those 25/-30 lbs have *stayed gone* , bless thier flabby little black hearts.
going (mostly) lo carb due to blood sugar issues has helped a lot, I'm sure. But I need to go to gym, and get moving to remove still more, and strengthen the bad knee. (goal is anything under 200 - size 16ish.)
