Working through the burn

Getting up and exercising after being sick sucks
I spent most of yesterday curled up under a blanket with my stomach in an unhappy state, so getting up and exercising was the last thing I wanted to do this morning. But with the verbal support of my lover-ly husband
lapsedagnostic I got up and did it anyway. I lowered the speed, but upped the intensity of the grade and managed a full 30 minutes. I had a feeling that if I skipped it today, I'd find another reason to skip it tomorrow and it would be a shame to go down *that* road again.
And, after 30 minutes I feel okay, and I have the pleasent muscle-burn that goes with having a decent workout. Hopefully I will feel better tomorrow.
