*hug* Be what you need to be, first. And give yourself a space in which to let what that is settle out. And talk. Your folks are smart and love you lots. And if they're 'all full up' themselves, then I'm sure you have people who can listen. I won't volonteer anybody else, but I'm glad to listen.
