Everything all at once

The saying "it never rains, but it pours.." Yeah, well that's life in our house. So far this morning

*woke up my teenager who missed her alarm and had to drive her to high school
*discovered we have no hot water - called plumber
*took my 5 year to the pediatrician because she had an ear ache (she didn't tell me about 'til last night) and it ruptured in the night
*ran to grocery store to get meds and food
*unpacked supplies, cleaned kitchen
*called client to reschedule appointment

This afternoon I have to wait for plumber (2 to 6pm) and hope they don't come when I have to take my 8 year old to ballet at 4:15pm.

But, hey ... at least the sun is out :)

*grrr*

So the issue with the hot water heater isn't the hot water heater ... it is apparently an electrical issue. *le sigh* Of course, I didn't get this diagnosis from the plumber until almost 4pm, so it was too late to get someone out here today.

Another night and morning with no hot water ~brrrrr~.
