Last night was date night with da' wife. We had a lovely sushi dinner, followed by girly things. Manicures and eyebrow waxing and *oouucch* - why didn't anyone warn me about how much it hurt? Ani took some gleeful pleasure in the eye-watering evil looks I gave her afterwards. Said it was payback for taking her to watch Rent with me last year (and making her cry). Now I have to find some other stealthy chick-flick to take her to and make her cry. Awww ... we're so ... weird.

Afterwards there was bellydancing. I'm liking the ATS style, but it's like learning a new language - trying to get my body to do things that look easy, but in reality require a bit of practice and concentration. Well, by Pennsic I should definitely have my groove thing on.

Today is a snow day with the kids - should be interesting.

Off to a birth that was supposed to be birthcenter, now it looks like it's home.

It was a lovely day for a birth - straightforward, sweet and short. And baby James joined his many siblings this afternoon at almost 2pm. Rush hour traffic did not suck and I made it home in time for dinner.

Tonight a sweet date with my hubby lapsedagnostic and maybe an early bedtime .... ::waggles eyebrows::
