3) Times?

The Birchmere Box Office opens at 5pm any night there is a performance (sometimes
during Band Stand shows the Box Office will not open until 6pm). The Music Hall opens
and seating begins at 6pm. Food Service also begins at this time. Shows start at 7:30pm
(unless otherwise noted).

4) What is a "Late Show" & what does it mean as far as Times?

Late Shows will take place in the Band Stand. Venue doors open at 8pm for seating and
Will Call pickup, but the Box Office will still open at 5pm. Line Numbers are not used
for Late shows. Seating is general admission, first come, first served. Late Shows will
start as soon as the early show in the Music Hall ends, approx 9:30-10pm. A full dinner
and drink menu is available for late shows. Food service ends approx 10:30pm.

6) Seating?

The Birchmere is general admission, with all seating done on a first come, first served
basis, all at tables (except Band Stand, see below). To keep the process orderly, we
use Line Numbers.

At 5pm, when the Box Office opens, we begin handing out Line Numbers to customers
as they come to the Box Office. At 6pm when the Music Hall doors open, we begin
seating by Line Number (i.e. the first person in at 5pm will be the first person in the
Music Hall at 6pm). *Line Numbers are NOT used for Band Stand shows or Late
Shows.
Reserved seats are NOT available. You may see

Reserved signs at times, but these are
for the Artists' guests and VIPs. We try to keep these as limited as possible.

7) Food & Drinks?

At 5pm, when the doors open, our bar opens. The kitchen opens at 6pm, when the Music
Hall opens and seating begins. The Birchmere has a full service kitchen and complete
drink service. There are no minimums. For Late Shows, food and drink service will
begin at 8pm. Food service will be available until 10:30pm. See Menu link.

For Band Stand shows, Food service is available at tables (no food service at the bar
during any Band Stand shows). During All Standing shows, we will usually have the
Music Hall open for food, drink & relaxation



There is no outside food or drink allowed. This includes birthday cakes.

I intend on leaving my house around 4:00 - 4:30 with the Princess and bringing a book and getting a good seat right in front. So far as I know, I need space for 5 of us. It says no cameras or video in the hall, but last time we could take pictures of the dancers after the show :) So, I'd bring a camera for later. And some money for the videos

I can't leave until 5 which means getting there between 6 and 6:30 so I'd love it if iyou could save me a seat. Call me when you're seated and let me know where you are.
