Have you squished your boobs lately?

I'm headed in for my annual mammogram. I'm both eager to have it done and mildy apprehensive. But I have lots of fantastic reasons to get the vice-like grip o' love on 'em just to make sure they're ok.... one of them I miss every day ... all the others I'm lucky to have around me on a frequent basis.

I had mine done last month, all clears. One fab thing about the empty boob effect - mammograms don't bother me at all. The boob squishes out in my empty skin quite easily. No more dinner plate boob. Healthy boobs are happy boobs.

What's your opinion on the thermal imaging alternative thingie (can't remember what it's properly called)? I have a few years to go here.
