I have dreams and nightmares about Pennsic. Last night's was a doozy ... the equivalent of forgetting to show up for work or school.

I dreamt that I was out camping (probably zero night) - but when I got up in the morning - I spent time doing other things, including helping a few people out of some predicaments. About mid-afternoon of my dream day, I realized that I had completely missed Land Grab! I was upset and a little confused as to how I'd forgotten something so important - and then remembered that mellyflori had my back and had probably done it for me. At which point I started back towards my tent to pack up and then go find my camp. *bizarre*

Of course, maybe the fact that I leave for Pennsic on Friday - and I still have unresolved land issues with the powers-that-be ...might have something to do with it.

This actually happened, the year I was helping with land grab. I wandered down to the barn, and the people from my block asked, "Are you K__?".

"No, but I'm in his group. Is he around?"

Wound up doing Land Grab in K__'s stead. He wandered into the block around noon. Turned out he'd gotten plastered the night before, and had just woken up.
