Well, I've been working out again on the treadmill - 4 days this week. Meant to get to it yesterday, but didn't actually start the day with it, or get dressed and ready to do it, consequently, nothing happened. So, lesson learned, get up, get dressed in work out clothes, walk and lift - or do nothing. So far, I've discovered I really don't like excercising (yet, though I know it will grow on me, it always does) but if I'm disciplined about it, it gets done. If I keep doing it, I'll get results - although I have also discovered I'm having to kick my 'immediate gratification' tendencies in the ass. You know, the one that says "I just spent 30 minutes sweating my ass off, why aren't I two sizes smaller now?" - I did take a peek at the scale yesterday and discovered I'm down about 3lbs. Not what I'd hoped for, but hey, *it is progress* ya'know?
