* Last night's dinner - Balsalmic Glazed Salmon, also makes a dandy lunch when put over salad.
* Today at Giant, the "buy one, get one free" deal was on the ground turkey which the kids/hubby like a great deal
* I finished a good book

It's easy ... preheat the oven to 450, season the salmon with salt and pepper and throw in the oven until opaque (about 10 to 12 minutes). While that's in put one cup balsalmic vinegar in a small saucepan - heat over medium/high heat until reduced to about 1/3 cup. Whisk in 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil and 1 tsp fresh lemon juice ...

pour over salmon and enjoy :)
