Well this morning was pathetic. I did The Firm's Max Cardio and Abs ... I barely made it through about 25 minutes before I just gave up. Really gave up ... sat down on the couch and fast forwarded to the Abs portion. *feh* When I do a DVD like this that so completely challenges me that I don't/can't make it through - these are the times I want to give up. I'm not going to and I'll probably run the treadmill today and do some light weights to make up for the missing 20 minutes or so....but *sigh* I am, shall we say, ~tres discouraged~.

Date: 2006-03-30 02:45 pm (UTC)I think I will go pick up that book this weekend! 5 recipes is enough for me. Hell I eat the same thing for days on end, it doesn't really bother me. Eating, while it is something I LOVE to do, has become more of a nuisance then anything.
And thank you for your support! I really appreciate it. :) And I think it will help to see your posts and go...if she can do it, I can do it!
